project managers. Because of the extensive training and product testing being
done through the CEC network, we can provide our customers with the appropriate

Product testing
As we have discussed there are a large group of new products available
for compliance today. In addition as installers meet new challenges, application
methods may be modified for current products. To insure that our clients
are getting the most up to date, cost effective applications, CEC is constantly
testing new products and techniques at our field facility in Grafton Ohio.
As your local CEC Agent, Landscape Support Services has the most up to date
information on products and techniques when advising you about which products
are right for your project at a reasonable cost.
Training and Education
Remember those 5 steps to job compliance? As a CEC agent our employees
are trained in all 5 aspects of job site compliance, even if they may just
be involved as an installer on your site. This gives our employees a better
overall view of your goals for compliance. Four times a year CEC offers
training in areas including, SWPPP development, construction phasing, SWPPP
monitoring methods, new product development, product installation and maintenance
techniques and value orientated sales methods. In addition the CEC network
allows us to communicate with other installers from around the world that
may have experienced problems similar to those on your site. Giving us the
widest range of resources available to provide you with cost effective solutions
for your site.
